Coronavirus Update (23rd March 2020) It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce that the studio is now closed until further notice. Although older people and those with pre-existing medical conditions (such as diabetes, asthma and heart disease) are more vulnerable to becoming severely ill with COVID-19, the virus can infect people of all ages.  Newborns and pregnant women are always considered at risk and therefore we must collectively protect each other.
