I don't know about you, but I have definitely been feeling the anxiety creeping in, watching the news constantly and desperately trying to keep my family safe, entertained and to not get under each others feet constantly, which got me thinking about how other people must be feeling and coping right now. Coronavirus Update (23rd March 2020) It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce that the studio is now closed until further notice. In order to protect the health and safety of all of my clients and my family, we have decided to go into lockdown. Although older people and those with pre-existing medical conditions (such as diabetes, asthma and heart disease) are more vulnerable to becoming severely ill with COVID-19, the virus can infect people of all ages.
